How do I use Novu?

Using Novu is simple:

1. Take a photo or choose one from your gallery
2. Select the type of space
3. Choose a design style (modern, minimalist, scandinavian, etc.)
4. Let our AI generate beautiful design transformations
5. Save your favorites and explore different variations

What types of photos work best?

Novu works with a variety of spaces and scenes. For best results, take clear, well-lit photos. The AI can transform interior spaces, outdoor areas, and more.

How accurate are the AI-generated designs?

Our AI creates artistic visualizations that show how your space could look with different styles. While the results are impressive, they are meant for inspiration rather than precise architectural planning. Always consult with design professionals before making significant changes to your home.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We take your privacy seriously. Your photos are processed securely and are only used to generate your design transformations. We never share your personal photos with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account at any time from within the app:

1. Open Novu and go to your Settings
2. Scroll down to find "Delete Account"
3. Confirm the deletion

This will permanently delete your account, all uploaded photos, and your saved preferences. AI-generated images may be retained anonymously for use as featured content. This action cannot be undone.

How do I delete specific photos or designs?

To delete individual items:

1. Open the space or image you want to delete
2. Tap the menu or options button
3. Select "Delete" and confirm

How do I hide my designs from being featured?

You can opt out of having your AI-generated designs shown to other users:

1. Open Novu and go to Settings
2. Find the Privacy section
3. Enable "Hide from Featured"

When enabled, your designs won't appear in the featured gallery, share links will stop working, and your images will be hidden from other users' saved collections. You can turn this off at any time to restore visibility.

The app isn't working properly. What should I do?

If you're experiencing issues, try these steps:

1. Make sure you have a stable internet connection
2. Close and reopen the app
3. Update to the latest version from the App Store
4. Restart your device
